What is Coaching?
If you’re new to coaching, it’s natural to have questions. In our initial sessions, we’ll focus on building rapport, clarifying your goals, and identifying the roadblocks that may be holding you back.
Through open, exploratory conversations, we’ll uncover patterns and habits that no longer serve you. Using customized strategies, we’ll work collaboratively to create an actionable plan that aligns with your values and aspirations. Coaching is tailored to your unique needs, offering structure, flexibility, and a clear path forward.
As part of our work together, I integrate somatic approaches like the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model—a powerful framework for regulating the nervous system, addressing trauma, and transforming patterns of addiction. Additionally, I’m trained in Focusing, a somatic technique developed by Gene Gendlin, which helps clients connect with their inner wisdom to heal trauma, gain clarity, and create lasting change.
